Slowly, the clinic is slowing down. Today I saw 28 patients... saddest day for me. First patient had a neck mass that was very suspicious for malignancy but I don't have Doppler/color to confirm or rule out flow. Then, a lady with her entire left kidney was consumed with cysts. Her right was beginning to develop, it was definitely adult polycystic kidney disease and she was 36. It rained all after lunch and I developed a migraine, so I have been in my bed since after dinner. They performed 12 surgeries today. 99 salvations were earned for the kingdom yesterday! Pastor Clint is absolutely hilarious, and everyone seems happy about me becoming part of their church. God is doing a lot of work in me, but for now I gotta get some more z's and be well for clinic. Dios le bendiga! (God bless you) Love, Jana xoxo
